What You Can Expect On Your Journey
Day 1- Saturday afternoon - evening:
Arrive in San Jose, Costa Rica, where we will meet you and your fellow travelers at the airport and transport you to a nearby hotel.
Day 2- Sunday:
After breakfast, we will travel by motor coach through the mountainous tropical rain forest towards our destination. We will stop along the way at Turu Ba Ri Park, an excellent introduction to Costa Rica's geography, its culture and its floral & animal life. We will partake in an extensive lunch of delicious, classic Costa Rican dishes. Later in the afternoon, we'll continue enjoying the scenic drive to our destination at the Hotel Karahe in Quepos - Manuel Antonio, our home base for the week.
Day 3- Monday:
After breakfast, meet and greet guest artists for morning musical seminar. The afternoon will be yours to explore your new surroundings, including Manuel Antonio beach and the national park, a short walk from your hotel. In the evening, rejoin the group for a concert by our guest artists.
Day 4- Tuesday:
After breakfast, there will be a morning musical seminar with guest artists. The afternoon will be yours to further explore, jam & exchange ideas with new friends, or just enjoy life (surf, boogie board, etc.) on one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. In the evening, rejoin the group for a concert by our guest artists.
Day 5- Wednesday:
After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of Manuel Antonio Park and all its wonders. Other activity options will include horse back riding, hiking, boat tour, fishing, white water rafting, and zip line rides above and through the rain forest. In the evening, rejoin the group for a concert by our guest artists.
Day 6- Thursday:
After breakfast, there will be a morning musical seminar with guest artists. The afternoon will be yours to further explore, jam & exchange ideas with new friends, or just enjoy life on the beach. In the evening, rejoin the group for a concert by our guest artists.
Day 7- Friday:
After breakfast, we will hold a final morning seminar with the artists. In late afternoon - early evening, enjoy a farewell barbecue dinner (with beer & wine) and final concert on the beach by our guest artists and any musicians who would like to participate.
Day 8- Saturday:
After breakfast, we begin our scenic journey back home, departing by motorcoach to Juan Santa Maria Airport, San Jose, for your flight home or your next adventure.
